The Ayers Foundation Scholars Program (AFSP) is an effective college access and success program that was founded in 1999. We provide services beginning in the 8th grade and continue services into and throughout college completion. Currently we are located in eight high schools and two community colleges in rural Tennessee. The goal of The Ayers Foundation is to help students be college eligible, successful and workforce ready.
