Policies:

Checkout:  The students visit the library on a regular schedule and are able to check books out.  K-1st graders use those books at school, other students may take their books home.    Books are checked out for one week and must be returned before a new book can be checked out.  Parents can check out books too, just see the librarian.

Lost or Damaged Books:  Checking books out is a privilege that comes with responsibility. While the school does not charge overdue fines, any books that are lost or damaged beyond repair must be paid for.  Do not attempt to repair a damaged book, simply return it to the library where it will be repaired if possible.

Virtual Labs, iPads, and mobile laptops: These are available for staff and students to use. Staff can check out the whole units for up to 15 days. Students use these items in core classes or during library class for academic use only. We encourage use of the Weblinks items available on the Claiborne County Schools website. These items are not to leave the school building
