Welcome to TNT Primary

It’s almost back to school time!  Below are some important dates for August, 2019.

8/6…Meet Your Teacher Night (Open House) for students entering grades 1-4.  5:00-7:00PM.  You may pick up back to school paperwork on this night and bring school supplies if you wish.

8/8…First Day of School (this is a full day) except for kindergarten.  Kindergarten students are on a staggered schedule for the first week or so of school.  Each new kindergarten student, who early registered in May, will receive a letter in July detailing the specific days for each child.  Kindergarten students who have not registered yet will need to do so on August 8th at TNT.

8/8…Kindergarten Orientation 5:00-7:00PM

8/19…The first Benchmark Assessment Window opens up.  Students are given benchmark assessment three times a year-Fall, Winter, and Spring.

8/30…Progress Reports

Please join our TNT PTIA Facebook Page for up to date info about events and activities.

The new school supply lists have been updated.  They have also been taken to Walmart.  Each student received a copy of the supply list in their end of the year report card.  If you did not pick up your child’s report card, you may do so on 8/8 at Meet Your Teacher Night.

Our   MISSION
The mission of TNT Primary School in partnership with parents and community is to ensure that students attain academic proficiency in all subject areas. It is our goal to assist each child in developing emotional, intellectual, physical, and social abilities necessary to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and to be a responsible citizen in our ever changing world.

The VISION

It is our vision that all students are capable of learning and should be on grade level in reading, language, and math by the end of the third grade year.   Instructional strategies should be designed to offer equal opportunity for student learning to occur in different ways and on different levels.
