FIRST PTO MEETING:

 Get Involved

and Help your Child Succeed!

When parents get involved in their children’s education, it pays off. Research shows that children whose parents are actively involved are more likely to:

  • Earn higher grades and test scores
  • Enroll in higher-level programs
  • Be promoted and earn credits
  • Adapt well to school
  • Attend school regularly
  • Have better social skills
  • Show improved behavior
  • Graduate and go to college
  • And more!

Parent involvement is great for children, great for teachers and great for the school. Please join us and let’s make TNT Parent Teacher Organization a success.  Our first organizational meeting will be in the school library on Monday, November 6th at 6:00PM.  Meetings last no longer than an hour.  Meetings are held once per month. Childcare will not be provided for the first meeting, but will be for future meetings.

Our   MISSION
The mission of TNT Primary School in partnership with parents and community is to ensure that students attain academic proficiency in all subject areas. It is our goal to assist each child in developing emotional, intellectual, physical, and social abilities necessary to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and to be a responsible citizen in our ever changing world.

The VISION

It is our vision that all students are capable of learning and should be on grade level in reading, language, and math by the end of the third grade year.   Instructional strategies should be designed to offer equal opportunity for student learning to occur in different ways and on different levels.
